You're very welcome, Stuart, and thanks so much for the kind words! I've never agreed with the argument that our species wasn't "designed" to eat meat because we have so many adaptations for eating meat. I do believe our bodies function more optimally with meat than without.

Some people may be able to make a plant-based diet work, but there are so many of us who try it and eventually give it up. So, for a lot of people, it might be more realistic to eat LESS meat than to not eat any at all.
