Hey, that's wonderful. I'm so glad you've been able to maintain healthy iron levels! Many women (myself included) do struggle with iron because of our menstrual cycles.

When I ate vegetarian, I ate a fair amount but it may not have been in the proportions that I needed. I don't think it's impossible to eat a healthy veg diet for a time, but in the long run, it just seems really difficult to get some of the nutrients we need.
